How to Cut a Scallion 
In this video I demonstrate the proper technique for cutting scallions.
Most people don't know how to cut a scallion properly for good energy.

All food has an energetic component. The way to cut foods will have a positive or negative impact on the energetic component of the food. Have you ever eaten a piece of meat that was supposed to be very tender and wasn't? If it wasn't cut on the against the grain, it would be more fibrous and less tender. Vegetables too have an energetic way to be cut. Most of the time the vegetable will tell you how to cut it!
